During Fiscal Year 2026, all applicants for the Smart Start Workforce Grant are required to complete this orientation training before being approved for funding. Attending this orientation will help programs:
- Learn about Smart Start Workforce Grants and the wage floor requirements.
- Prepare for what is needed to complete a successful application.
- Become familiar with the reporting and audit requirements.
Not able to attend a local orientation training? You can take the orientation virtually (self-paced online) starting March 17, 2025, via i-learning at https://courses.inccrra.org.
Note: This session is for Family Child Care Homes and Family Group Child Care Homes
Important: As part of your grant application, you will list one grant contact for your program. The grant contact that you list is the individual that must take the required orientation. Don’t miss out—make sure to complete your orientation training before applying!
